STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)

A standard operating procedure, or SOP, is a set of step-by-step instructions compiled by an organization to help workers carry out complex routine operations. SOPs aim to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failures within the services we offer. My responsibility is to ensure all operations team fully understand and comply with this procedure to ensure that the service delivery is met and surpassed through continuous improvement of this procedures

CONSISTENT STANDARD PROCEDURES

• The standard must be same for all similar Job routine.
• The preparation & maintenance must follow similar pattern such as Planning, Rig Up, Risk assessment & Mitigation, Function Testing, Execution, House keeping and Demobilization
• Feedback from customers to help in continuous improvement.
• Review existing procedure to capture peculiarities of the different field scenarios with safety in view.
• Document and make it accessible for all the team as a way we work
